What is the smallest city with a local bank owned?

The bank where I do my banking located primarily in a city with a population of 208 people. This is not a branch and a single place where all processing is done business. Is this anywhere else? I can only find banks in major cities and bank branches in small cities in this. I can not find an independent bank in a small town like this. No website. Do not add debit cards as an option in 2003 or 2004.

Not many of those who remain, of course! If there probably would not even a website or even mentioned online.
